Cynophobia Training
Lose the fear of dogs
Cynophobia is a human anxiety disorder that involves an exaggerated, persistent fear of dogs. It is generally accepted that phobias arise from a combination of external events (i.e., traumatic events) and internal predispositions (i.e., heredity or genetics). Many specific phobias can be traced back to a specific trigger event, usually a traumatic experience at an early age. People develop an expectation of fear and adopt a behaviour of avoidance thus leading to limitations in their quality of life. The aim of treatment is to reduce anxiety symptoms and avoidance behaviours, improve the restriction of mobility and improve the general quality of life. This comprehensive advice with useful behavioural tips can be adapted to an individual group of people. Be it general for people who are afraid of dogs, children with negative dog experiences, behaviour tips for pedestrians, joggers and cyclists. You are not alone! Many people suffer from a specific phobia. I will show you the way out of cynophobia with empathy, understanding and without reservation.
